What are your online payment options?
We accept all channels of payment through our payment gateway, JazzyPay.
Do you accept installments?
Yes, we accept installments – 3 months 0% interest. Please visit our Makati showroom to be able to pay through credit card installments.
Do you accept layaway?
Yes, we accept layaway – 20% initial deposit, 3 months to pay the balance. To pay via layaway, you may visit our store or you may send us a message through our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook). We can receive your payment via bank transfer to BPI.
How do you deliver?
We offer free, safe and secured delivery within Metro Manila for all orders above 10,000 php. For provincial orders, we can ship via nationwide insured shipping (shipping fee shouldered by client).
Can you do same day delivery?
Same day delivery is available upon request. We can deliver your item via couriers like Grab Express, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy (shipping fee shouldered by client).
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns but we accept exchange for items of the same price or higher.
Can you guarantee authenticity?
All product descriptions are true. We can certify the authenticity of all products. If you want to see the item in person, we can schedule an appointment for you in our Makati showroom.
Do you give certifications?
Yes we can give certification upon request. However it is just a local certification of authenticity.
